- Promotion of competitive and efficient labour
- Market Occupational safety and health
- Factory Inspectorate,
- Factories Appeal Board
- Industrial Training and Trade Testing
- Social Security and Safety net Schemes
- Social Security Division
- To establish a comprehensive Social Security
Scheme for all categories of workers in Sierra
Leone
- To oversee the General Administration of
the Scheme in accordance with the Law including
The Core ILO Conventions, consistent with
National Objectives.
- Collaboration with relevant Government Ministries
and National and International Organisations/Institutions.
